Robert Nyovich’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Police Administration, a Master’s in Public Administration from Wayne State University and a Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law.

His employment history includes serving as a Public Safety Officer in Oak Park, Michigan, Criminal Justice Administrator in Macomb County, Michigan, and Undersheriff in Oakland County, Michigan.  Robert has been a practicing Attorney for over 35 years specializing in public sector law as a management representative for public school districts and municipalities.

Robert has extensive experience in the following areas of labor law on behalf of public sector clients: contract negotiations, preparation of contract proposals, grievance arbitration hearings, hearings before Michigan Employment Relations Commission, investigation of complaints filed with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Michigan Department of Civil Rights and investigation of complaints filed by citizens and/or employees.
